E-Birth Registration Adhoc Staff Recruitment Application Form Portal 2023/2024

NPC E-Birth Recruitment 2023/2024! We are excited to announce a partnership between the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), National Population Commission (NPC), and UNICEF to enhance birth registration in Nigeria. We will provide digital birth registration services in 22 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Improving birth registration in Nigeria is crucial, as only about 40% of children are registered at birth. This lack of registration can have several negative consequences:

  1. Reduced access to essential services: Children without birth registration often face difficulties accessing education, healthcare, and social protection services.
  2. Increased vulnerability to exploitation: Children without birth registration are more vulnerable to exploitation, including child labor, trafficking, and forced marriage.
  3. Limited opportunities: Children without birth registration often have limited education, employment, and social mobility opportunities.

This partnership between UNICEF, NYSC, and NPC presents a valuable opportunity to address these challenges and ensure that all children in Nigeria have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
